SweetWater Restoration is looking for a Central Florida Account Executive to strengthen relationships with our existing clients and drive project success through various pre-construction tasks and job set up. This is a unique position that blends the functions of an Account Executive and a Sales Project Manager, allowing for a comprehensive view of the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have general construction knowledge, as well as experience in a sales role. In addition to operational excellence, we need someone that will uphold our culture, exemplify our core values, and positively represent the company in all interactions.

Key Position Functions

• Develop and strengthen existing relationships through “farming-style” sales methods.
• Work closely with the Business Development Executive to secure and contract new projects.
• Partner with Production teams to complete pre-constructions tasks and job set ups.
• Serve as a brand ambassador at multi-family association functions.
• Oversee the Project Lifecyle, ensuring clients receive the best possible experience.

Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate

· Knowledge of the construction industry / disaster restoration

· Knowledge of the insurance industry and related systems

· Knowledge of sales practices and relationship development

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Excellent communication skills – in person and digital interactions

· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
