When searching for a new apartment the first stop is almost always the clubhouse & leasing office. With that in mind, the folks at 54 Magnolia knew they wanted their first impression for new potential residents to be a memorable one. SweetWater took their vision and made it a reality. Updating all the interior finishes, expanding the fitness center and creating new works spaces for the staff, we partnered with 54 Magnolia's management team to create an experience that left everyone who walked in to their modernized clubhouse ready to sign a lease and start enjoying the new space.
Our Project Manager, Tammy Bywaters, worked closely with their management team throughout the duration of the project, always keeping them apprised of our progress and any challenges we faced along the way. Between Tammy's organization, clear communication and tireless effort to always keep here jobsite clean, Tammy exemplified what it means when we say "We Make It Right"!
