SweetWater is looking for a Construction Technician that will uphold the operational excellence and core values of our company. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded construction skillset, as well as the ability to learn, develop, and adapt to the changes of a growing organization.

Primary Job Functions:

• To perform various trades involved in the restoration of multi-family/commercial projects (i.e. Drywall, Paint, Trim, Framing).

• To ensure all work performed meets SweetWater’s standards and provides the client with an exceptional end-product.

• To maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure project satisfaction.

• To provide excellent communication to production operations.
• To ensure safe working conditions on all projects for employees, subcontractors, and clients.
• To perform all other tasks as reasonably requested by SweetWater’s management team.

Pay:

• $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
